Planning board takes up changes to Alexander Farm plan May 16
May 4. The Planning Board will hold a special meeting on Monday, May 16 to consider a recommendation on a proposed amendment to the previously approved rezoning plan for the Alexander Farm. The amendment proposes an increase in the number of senior apartments from 130 to 143 units, as well as the plan to preserve and relocate the tenant house on the property.
The meeting, which begins at noon, will be held in Room 204 at Cornelius Town Hall.

After reading the new plan I realize there will be a reduction of 7 single family homes.
Can the tenant house really fit in that corner space?
