“This decision has shattered my family,” she wrote.

If there is in fact a lease there should ce a clear understood date to move in and a departure date they expect to be paid for the duration which also means the facility belongs to you during that time otherwise you would not be charged for nothing

Yay, so glad Nina’s has found a new home, and one much more convenient and accessible. I told the new owners of Birkdale that when I want or need to shop, Birkdale is my last choice. Traffic on 73, then difficult parking. Not to worry, I can pay $12 for valet parking. Yeah, right.
Nina’s, I hope you can look back and say this happening turned out to be a blessing in disguise. 🙏🏻

Another slap in the face to a small business. Another reason why I will be boycotting the village. Big box stores and chains don’t need help but our small businesses are the heart and soul of our community. People should be outraged as it’s all about greed.

The paint jobs and the (literally) Amazon small house constructions placed in the middle of Birkdale take away the original ambience. It just looks cheap. Like a cost cutting developer came in and lost its mind.

So so sad to hear that Nina’s will be closing.. what an awesome store and a staple to Birkdale village. Whenever there was a lady’s night, open house, or trick or treat Nina’s went way above and beyond..you could tell that the shoppers loved the store because that was the first place people would go for an event. Last trick or treat there was a line around the block. I don’t know why you wouldn’t have offered them the old Charming Charlie’s storefront? That would have been a great place for them.
