Phase 3 reopening starts Friday at 5 pm. It continues until at least October 23. Click here for frequently asked questions from the governor’s office, as per Executive Order 169. Highlights:

—Bars can be open at 30 percent capacity or 100 people max, but outdoors only. According to the governor’s executive order, bars cannot serve drinks inside.

—Movie theaters and conference centers can open at 30 percent capacity or 100 people max.

—Large outdoor venues such as Bank of America Stadium can open at 7 percent capacity.

—Smaller outdoor venues (less than 10,000 seats) can open at 30 percent capacity or 100 people max.

—The mask mandate and the late-night alcohol sales ban remain in place.

    I feel this is overdue! If we can all pile into Walmart and Target, there should be no issue with restaurants and movie theaters. I haven’t heard of any of those stores closing due to COVID….
