Nov. 19. The cold front that raced through our region Thursday brought perfect conditions for windsurfing off Ramsey Creek Park and Jetton Park. Art director Jason Benavides caught this picture from his vantage point on the beach at Jetton Park. Temps were in the mid-70s across the Charlotte region.

Look for much cooler temps today and Saturday—highs only 53-55—and a warm-up to 60 degrees in time for the Panthers game Sunday.

Freeze warning tonight: Low around 30 degrees.
