Remembering Pearl Harbor

Dec. 7. Gov. Roy Cooper ordered all US and North Carolina flags at state facilities be lowered to half staff from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, Dec. 7 in observance of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

It has been 81 years since the attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii where more than 2,000 service members and civilians died on Dec. 7, 1941.

More than 1,100 people were injured in the attack, during which the USS Arizona and the USS Utah were sunk.

    I work for a Japanese company for over 20 years. And I have never seen a more understanding group. If you cannot do the job, it is not your fault, it is the supervision for not finding you the right job!
    Harry went to see the movie when it came out and wanted to know why more people did not want to know what happened. He was saddened that he was only Japanese member there.
    They have treated me better than any other company that I have worked for and that is hard to teach. It’s all about the employee not the company, the company will survive
