The new Cabarrus County Budget Director is Rosh Khatri. He has 30-plus years of government budgeting, finance and audit experience. He was formerly director of budgeting for Seminole County Public Schools in Florida. A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, he joined Cabarrus County in September 2020.
