Davidson, Meck County offices close for Thanksgiving 

Nov. 18. The Town of Davidson offices,  as well as Mecklenburg County, will close Thursday, Nov. 25 and Friday, Nov. 26 for the Thanksgiving holiday. 

Offices will re-open Monday, Nov. 29 with regular business hours.

Waste services

—Garbage and recycling collection will take place in Davidson on Friday, Nov. 26 for those whose regular pick-up day is Thursday.

—Mecklenburg County Solid Waste Centers will be open on Nov. 26.
