With 59% fully vaccinated and nobody paying any attention to the mask mandate, what did you expect?
GET VACCINATED AND WEAR A MASK!
I strongly agree. Let us pray that the new year will be a heckuva lot less interesting than the outgoing year; that Covid will cease to be the somewhat effective method of population control it has been for the past two years.
if you trust the vax you wouldn’t be so angry about the masks, Clearly you do not trust your Vax. If you don’t trust the vax why do we get it?
Rick, the vaccine is to protect you against catching the virus, and if there happens to be a breakthrough case, the vaccine will help mitigate the severity. The unvaccinated are much more likely catch covid, develop serious illness and require hospitalization.
The mask is an addition layer of protection. But just as important, wearing a mask also helps protect others from you; if you happen to be unknowingly infected, you won’t spread it to others who may have weakened immune systems and would potentially become seriously ill or die. I’m sure we’d all feel pretty guilty if that happened simply because we didn’t want to wear a mask, right?
This is simply about science, logic, and looking out for your fellow humans. Not a conspiracy to make people buy and wear masks (or magnetize or track you).
