Nov. 6. The monthly meeting of the Lake Norman Marine Commission has been moved from Monday, Nov.11 to Monday, Nov. 18. The meeting begins at 7 pm at the Charles Mack Citizen Center, 215 North Main St. in Mooresville.

Are there not laws in place that keep the Lake Norman company from leasing boat slips to non-condo owners and residents? They are renting their boat slips in Davidson Landing to people that don’t even live in Davidson Landing, and then these people block our fire hydrants by parking in front of them so they can get to their boats. At what point do you hold the Lake Norman company responsible for putting all of our condos, owners and tenants in danger by blocking our fire hydrants?
