According to the article, this incident occurred within 1,000 feet of a school. Why wasn’t the school notified as a precautionary measure?
Its winter break. Who are they going to contact the school is empty
There is LeafSpring School right next door that is open year round, pre-k through 12 years old.
They’re closed from the 25th to the 2nd according to their postings. However, their placement feet away from the bar isn’t ideal to begin with but that aside there’s not any law that states the police need to notify anyone during police work, it’s a common courtesy that I’m sure they would extend depending on the threat to the public.
Would you be so kind to provide the link to the website that states this information? I’m one of the directors and will certainly correct any false information that has been made available to the public. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi Steve. Thanks for your response. Our school operates on a year-round basis; therefore, we were open.
dO people who sale and use drugs really CARE that there’s a school or hospital near where they are living??? NO, they don’t.
