Nicole: Stormy weather Thursday, Friday

Nov. 10. Hello Nicole! Look for rain and wind this afternoon and Friday as what’s left of Hurricane Nicole gives Lake Norman a glancing blow. The National Weather Service says we’ll have showers this afternoon and wind gusts around 30+ mph. Rain will come in waves with a downpour early Friday morning.

Saturday will be sunny, with a high near 67.

Sunday, sunny, with a high near 52.
