Jan. 20. The Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization (CRTPO) is looking for feedback on their draft 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP), revised 2020-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), 2045 MTP amendments, and draft Air Quality Conformity Determination Report (AQCDR). OK? (LOL.)
The documents are posted on the CRTPO’s 2050 MTP website. Include “2050 MTP” in the comments subject line.
In addition, the public is invited to offer written or verbal comments on the MTP during the Jan. 26, Feb. 16 and March 16 CRTPO Board Meetings.

Thank you CT! Transportation is such an important issue and the Transportation planners need to hear from N Meck. Take time to review areas of interest in this very comprehensive report and please weigh in!
—Denis Bilodeau,Cornelius representative to CRTPO.
I wonder why CT used a picture of a bus interior? Comments regarding future roads, bike and pedestrian paths (including sidewalks), greenways with a smattering of airport and rail projects are being sought by the public including business. CRTPO’s only involvement with transit (bus) is the intra-agency funding formula which was resolved last year. Public comments are important component when planning future transportation improvements, so please make your voice heard!
